Using louse insecticide is only a temporary solution. If bite marks were discovered, it shows that louses might have been spread to your bedding. The proper way to terminate louses is to clean bedding products with high temperature, and then use the steaming method for the mattresses and pillows. After that, obtain professional service to terminate louses, repeat the service after 10 days to kill off all eggs, larva and adults.
